I am a PhD student in the Cognition and Plasticity lab of Dr. Heleen Slagter, funded by an NWO Research Talent grant. My research interests include the neural mechanisms of attention, and how attention shapes visual perception. My PhD research focuses on improving various forms of attention (but mostly spatial attention) through transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS). I also have extensive experience with EEG, as well as eye tracking and psychophysics. I support open science principles and strive to make my work as transparent and reproducible as possible.
